I was already billed this month, but didn't get my Sabbat Box!

There are times when extenuating circumstances could arise once your box has been shipped. If you haven't received the Sabbat Box that you have paid for and it has been at least 4 business days since we shipped your box, check the following...

• Have you checked the tracking of your order? There will be a link to track your order on your shipping confirmation email. If you no longer have your shipping confirmation email, you can always track your order by visiting the "Check Order Status" link on the bottom of the Sabbat Box homepage's footer. Enter in your order # and your e-mail address and our system will pull up the tracking information for your order.

• If you track your package and do not see any status updated with USPS. Contact us immediately and we will be glad to assist you.

NOTE: There are times where you may be re-billed for your next box before receiving the previous box you paid for. Though this is a rare occurrence, just know that our system is set to automatically bill you based on your Sabbat Box plan. If this happens, please know that our system keeps track of what boxes are owed out to you and you will receive each box you have paid for. The reason as to why this may happen is because some Sabbats have longer periods of time in between them, and depending on the day you initially signed up, this could potentially happen.  

As a member of Sabbat Box, your billing schedule is determined by the date you signed up.

For “Sabbat to Sabbat” plans, you will be charged at signup and then every 45 days thereafter.

For “Half Wheel” plans, you will be charged at signup and then every 6 months thereafter. 

For “Wheel of the Year” plans, you will be charged at signup and then once a year thereafter.
