To update your shipping/billing address, please log in to your account and select “My Addresses” from the menu.
From within the menu, select “My Addresses”. From there you can edit your address.
Some special things to remember:
-- Your billing and shipping address needs to be the same. In order for the system to charge your credit card accurately, your shipping address must match the billing address associated with your credit card. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to have a different shipping address from your billing address. If you’ve recently moved, make sure that you have updated your billing address with your financial institution.
-- If you have already been charged for the next box and you have moved...please contact us through the help icon or drop us an email and let us know. The day your card is charged we create an invoice that will be the current address we have on file. If you change your address after we have charged you, we may send your box to the old address. Please let us know so we can ensure that we have the right address when it comes time to ship your box!
