How do I return Sabbat Box Store items or request a refund?

If you purchase a stand-alone item from the Sabbat Box Store and are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item.

If something is wrong with an item (such as breakage in shipping), please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange, a refund, or a credit to your account.

Please be aware that items featured in previous boxes made available for purchase within the Sabbat Box Store are limited in quantity, so an exchange or replacement may not be possible. However, in the event that we are unable to replace an item due to unavailability, we will do our best to provide you with a solution that best fits your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to accept refunds for "consumable" products sold with Sabbat Box. This includes teas, candles, oils, or other items that are unsellable due to use. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at any time and we will be happy to clarify.
