My box was returned by the post office. What now?

If you did not receive your Sabbat Box after receiving a shipping confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible so we can locate your box or ship you a replacement.  If you returned a Sabbat Box, please allow five business days for a refund, which will be noted on your online account page.  Please note that for refunds we will refund you the amount for the box minus any shipping costs (currently $8.95).
