When joining Sabbat Box, the membership software may come upon a discrepancy in billing information or addresses, which may cause the system to decline your card. If your payment information does not clear, Sabbat Box will send you an email with the possible reason for your decline. Please contact us if you have any problems joining, and we will be happy to look into the situation and resolve it as best we can.
Please note: if your card is declined, our system will automatically reattempt after you have updated your card information. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, your Sabbat Box membership will be canceled. You are more than welcome to sign up again with a different payment method.
