Help! An item in my Sabbat Box is missing or broken. What do I do?

In the rare case an item in your box is missing or damaged, please contact us and we’ll do what we can to make it right. Please note that due to the limited nature of what we curate inside each of our boxes, we ask that if something is damaged or missing that you get in touch with us within 10 days after you receive your Sabbat Box to let us know of the damaged or missing item. Once you contact us, please allow up to 7-10 days to get a replacement item to you. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will have a replacement item in stock; if that’s the case, we will happily give you a partial refund on your membership for that box or offer a comparable item, if available.
